A Melbourne-based superannuation organisation is seeking a Senior IT Risk Analyst to join their Technology Risk function on a 12-month part-time Fixed Term Contract. This role sits within Line 2 (L2) Technology Risk, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and leadership on technology risk. You’ll focus on identifying, prioritising, and influencing how key technology risks are managed across the organisation - particularly across cyber, data, and third-party/vendor environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a lean team, suited to someone who can operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess key technology risks across systems, platforms, and operations Maintain and enhance the IT risk register and control library Provide risk advisory to business and technology stakeholders, including senior leadership Review and challenge existing controls and risk mitigation strategies Support the development of risk frameworks, policies, and governance processes Conduct risk assessments across major initiatives, platforms, and vendors Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (APRA, CPS 234, ISO, NIST, etc.) Provide clear reporting and insights on risk exposure and prioritisation About You Strong experience in IT Risk / Technology Risk (L2 preferred) Background in financial services or highly regulated environments Practical understanding of controls, not just theoretical risk frameworks Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively Comfortable being hands-on in a lean team environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP desirable Why This Role True risk advisory position with visibility across the business Opportunity to influence technology risk strategy and prioritisation Flexible part-time structure (3 days per week) High-trust, collaborative environment Reach out for a confidential conversation with Jodie Marron, Senior Principal Consultant, on 0413 900 039 or jodie@frazertremble.com.au, or apply directly.
