About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with an immediate start available. You'll work with our administration and operations team, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide quotes and manage bookings for charters and tours
- Support clients with booking updates and changes
- Perform accurate data entry and general office duties
- Collaborate with a close-knit, administration and operations team
What We're Looking For
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, professional phone manner and a proactive attitude
- Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced, small office environment
- Experience in transport or tourism is a plus—but not essential
- Familiarity with MYOB, Coach Manager, or GPS tracking systems will be highly regarded
