Contract Opportunity – Salesforce Developer | WealthTech Program
Melbourne | Hybrid (3+ days in office) | 12-month contract | Immediate start
I'm working with a boutique Wealth Management firm on a major uplift of their Salesforce-based platform — a key part of their next growth phase. Salesforce has been in place for 5+ years, and they're now scaling the platform with embedded Wealth tooling, using Financial Services Cloud and OmniStudio.
This 12-month contract (with potential to extend) is ideal for a Salesforce Developer who's comfortable working end-to-end across build, integration, and solution design. You'll be collaborating with the Head of Technology, a small in-house team, and retained external vendors.
The role involves hands-on development in Apex, Lightning, and OmniStudio, designing scalable solutions, automations, reports, and dashboards. There's strong emphasis on data modelling, integration techniques, and translating business needs into robust platform features.
You'll also have the autonomy to manage your own work across the full development lifecycle, while engaging directly with business and operations teams. A background in Financial Advice or Wealth Management is helpful.
