We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our production team as a Baker.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, mix, knead, shape and proof dough according to recipes.
* Bake breads, rolls, buns and specialty products from scratch.
* Operate baking equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Ensure products are consistent, fresh and of high quality.
* Assist with inventory management and waste minimization.
* Collaborate with the team to meet daily production schedules.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial environment.
* Knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation.
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Reliable, team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
