We are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator for a site-based role to assist in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance processes. If you have a strong understanding of maintenance functions and enjoy working with data and systems, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Maintenance Department
* Input and manage data relating to maintenance defect backlogs
* Maintain records of work orders, service reports, and asset registers
* Liaise with maintenance planners, technicians, and other departments
* Assist in tracking KPIs, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function
About You
* Solid understanding of Maintenance Department operations and terminology
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance software
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Previous experience in a maintenance or technical environment is highly regarded
