We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as an Associate Director with potential for future equity buy-in. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction. You will manage a portfolio ($800K +) with direct reports.
This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Manager or Partner seeking to advance within a technology-driven firm renowned for its efficient processes.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
* Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
* Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
* Uphold and promote the firm's professional standards and ethics.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years experience in public practice
* CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience.
* Must have experience managing a team
* Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
* Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360
* Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
* MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
