About the Role The Onsite Services Coordinator provides quality, timely, first level, on-site response to issues arising from the day-to-day operation of Canon's contracted services.
This role reports to the Team leader – Client Services.
Scope of Role Provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction to the customer's users Escalate issues that are not being resolved or failing service level agreements Maintain Canon and third party device fleet at its optimal operational condition Manage distribution of all consumables for both Canon and third party device fleet Increase fleet availability
