Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for 100 trusts and companies
- Reconcile intercompany loans and allocate multiple bank statements in Business Central
- Manage accounts payable / receivable and bank reconciliations for shopping centres and residential properties
- Prepare and reconcile receipts and payments quarterly
- Coordinate payment of water, council rates, land tax & ESL for portfolio properties
- Prepare monthly debtor reporting for shopping centres
- Reconcile personal credit cards and banking for Managing Director
- General administration and finance support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Accountant
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professional, confidential approach to all tasks
