As a key representative, your primary focus will be on:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing customers in your assigned territory.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the automotive refinish industry.
* Offering expert technical guidance, including training painters, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting services.
* Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
* A minimum trade qualification in Vehicle or Industrial Refinishing.
* Previous experience in sales or technical sales within the Automotive/Coatings industry or related sector.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
* A motivated and proactive mindset with high integrity.
* Residency within the nominated territory (preferably).
* A valid current driver's license.
