**Your day in the life of a Lion Assistant Brand Manager**
Based in Byron Bay you will report into the marketing manager and be part of the Stone & Wood Brand Marketing team. Supporting the execution of Stone & Wood, brand campaigns, innovation projects, digital and content communications, and customer activations.
Collaborating across the broader Lion business you will assist Customer Activation in S&W; customer events across Australia.
- Support the Marketing Manager as per the aligned brand activity plan
- Execution of brand projects and tactical initiatives that unlock growth for our brands
- Developing tactical, digital and content communications programs in partnership with IMCM
- Coordination and fulfillment of admin and brand specification requirements (image libraries, product information sheets for example)
- Ongoing reporting of performance and commercials
- Collaboration with key external partners, agencies and internal cross functional teams
- Support the execution of innovation projects (contained to product extensions and smaller scale initiatives)
- Support the execution of large-scale campaigns, experiential and partnership programs
- Supporting venture teams as required.
- Support internal communication with quality and timely brand information
**To be successful you will bring**
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing or equivalent
- Previous experience in brand marketing and brand management within beverage industry
- 3 years of industry experience
- Proven experience in developing brand plans
- Exposure in analysing qualitative and quantitative data from market, consumers, customers, & sales to draw conclusions
- Experience with brand activations and analysis of performance data
- Previous agency management, communication, brand assets and develop basic shopper conversion solutions
- Solid stakeholder management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners.
- Robust learning agility combined with data and digital literacy
