Responsibilities
Support the Bars Manager and work closely with the bar team to ensure every guest enjoys high-quality, professional service.
Take charge of planning and running bar operations, managing stock, and assisting with staff training and development.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role.
Strong cocktail knowledge and exceptional food & beverage skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a busy team.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
Current Tasmanian RSA accreditation.
Note: This role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
