About The Role
The ACMA is seeking dynamic HR professionals passionate about enhancing organisational performance. Are you an experienced HR Manager eager to lead initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture? Do you want to work closely with executives and staff to implement meaningful workforce changes within a small agency?
We have immediate vacancies and are building a talent pipeline to fill future roles in ACMA and eSafety HR over the next 18 months. These positions may involve expanding your expertise across functions such as:
Recruitment & entry-level programs
Organisational capability (including L&D, talent, rewards & recognition, inclusion, and performance)
Strategic HR business partnering
Payroll
Work health and safety (including rehabilitation case management)
HR reporting & systems
Workplace relations (including code of conduct and performance management)
Our Ideal Candidate
Extensive HR practitioner experience and proven management of sensitive/confidential matters
Strong technical HR skills across strategic and operational disciplines, with APS experience or transferable skills
Qualifications in HR (e.g., AHRI certification) are desirable
Key Skills and Attributes
Experience in HR functions with knowledge of relevant legislation
Strategic thinking and risk management skills
Leadership in HR projects to improve culture and workforce management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive problem-solving and sound judgment
High integrity and alignment with APS and ACMA values, including safety commitments
