Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain equipment according to production schedules.
* Conduct quality checks ensuring products meet specifications and standards.
* Pack and transfer finished goods efficiently and safely.
* Support team members to maintain smooth operations.
* Maintain high-quality outputs, follow safe practices, and keep the workspace organized.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude (preferred).
* Experience in manufacturing or related field (not essential).
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
* Strong attention to detail and colour perception.
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
* Eligible to work in Australia.
