EIW Architects is a collaborative architectural practice operating across Adelaide and Perth, delivering projects across education, civic, community, recreation, sport and commercial sectors.

We work closely with clients, communities and stakeholders to uncover the underlying need behind a project and create meaningful outcomes that respond to context, purpose and place. As our South Australian studio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Adelaide team.
Role and responsibilities
This role is suited to someone with 5–10 years of professional experience who enjoys ownership and autonomy. You will:
* Lead projects across a range of sectors and project scales, managing work through multiple stages from early design through documentation and delivery.
* Build strong relationships with clients and consultants, coordinate project teams and help drive projects forward with confidence and initiative.
* Work closely with our Adelaide team while collaborating with our Perth studio as part of a connected practice. While our studios operate across different locations, we work as one integrated team through shared systems, regular collaboration and collective project support.
* Take responsibility, make informed decisions and manage projects with minimal day-to-day direction.
Key qualifications and capabilities
* Has 5–10 years of architectural experience (Architectural Registration required).
* Can confidently lead projects with minimal day-to-day direction.
* Has experience managing projects across multiple phases.
* Builds strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is highly proficient in Revit and confident managing BIM-led project delivery.
* Has capability in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
* Enjoys balancing design thinking with practical delivery outcomes.
* Works collaboratively and contributes positively within a team environment.
* Registration or progress toward registration would be highly regarded.
