Snapshot of the Role:
* Location: Karrinyup
* Hours: Part-time 5 days per week(30 hours). Shifts are between8:30 am – 4:30 pm (School friendly). There isopportunity to take on additional hours on weekends or work evening shifts if desired.
* Pay: Above award $33.61 (cleaners award night rate)

Description of the role:
* Cleaning the interior of boarding houses including common areas and staff and student's rooms.
* Vacuuming and mopping floors.
* Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom and laundry fixtures and replenishing consumables.
* Emptying bins and removing rubbish.
* Applying appropriate chemicals to remove stains and dirt.
* Reporting any maintenance issues.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a hotel or other accommodation environment (minimum 2 years).
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with school staff.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good time management skills with the ability to adjust to changing workloads.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to work unsupervised.
* Ability to show initiative and problem solve.
* Current "C" class driver's licence with your own vehicle.
* Must hold or be willing to apply for a Working with Children Check card.
