Paralegal Opportunity
We are partnering with a boutique commercial law firm based in Bondi Junction that acts for founders, startups and growing businesses across Australia. They combine sharp litigation capability with practical business focused advice.
Key responsibilities include drafting and formatting correspondence, assisting with preparation of contracts, shareholder agreements and commercial leases, legal research across commercial, corporate, IP and disputes matters.
Matters will be fast moving, requiring tight drafting and working directly with senior lawyers. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A law student in your penultimate or final year, or a recent law graduate is preferred. Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience in commercial, litigation or disputes is highly regarded.
