About the Job
You will work as a key member of our team in Karratha, WA, delivering high-quality administrative support and customer service to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver timely administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites
* Manage inbound calls, develop positive relationships with stakeholders, and meet customer needs
* Process purchase orders, deal with invoicing queries, and process BPay payments
* Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required
* Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines
