Main Street Medical Centre is a large, family oriented General Practice in Murwillumbah – Northern NSW.
We're looking for a caring and capable Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will work in a friendly, vibrant and busy environment providing quality healthcare and exceptional customer service to our patients.
This is a part time position offering 2/3 days per week, with flexibility to cover annual/personal leave as required.
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work well in a team environment
* Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role within a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge in using Best Practice management software, AutoMed, eftpos/Tyro is desirable but not essential.
