About the Role We are seeking motivated and dedicated Apprentice Technicians (1st-4th year) to join our client's Air Conditioning and Refrigeration team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while working towards a nationally recognised trade qualification. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems across residential and commercial sites. Support qualified technicians with diagnostic testing, repairs, and system commissioning. Perform routine apprentice duties including handling tools, preparing work areas, and basic assembly tasks. Learn and apply technical knowledge under the guidance of experienced tradespeople. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications & Skills Currently undertaking (or willing to commence) an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration apprenticeship. 1st-4th year apprentice applicants are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in the HVAC industry with a willingness to learn and develop trade skills. Physically fit, reliable, and proactive in a team environment.
