Delaware North Australia is looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead and deliver an exceptional, fan-focused merchandising experience at Collingwood Football Club.
As Manager, you will manage the overall merchandise shop operations, providing training and leadership to team members and facilitating a positive guest experience.

What you will do?
- Manage overall merchandise shop operations, assisting with guest needs and requests
- Train and mentor team members, provide supervision, and effectively allocate tasks
- Support daily tasks including assisting management with banking procedures, accurately manage store inventory, and open and close of the store
- Ensure occupational health and safety standards are maintained within the store
More about you
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership position managing a team
- Bachelor's degree in merchandise management, business management or hospitality is strongly preferred
- Ability to engage a workforce, to motivate and provide clear direction while creating a safe and respectful working environment
- Understanding of relevant legislative regulations, codes of practice and industry standards
- Availability Monday to Friday, with extra weekend work required when Collingwood plays
- Comfortable with ADHOC shifts and versatile scheduling
