We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pizza Chef (Sous and CDP) to join the vibrant and innovative team at The Dolphin Hotel in Surry Hills.
This venue caters for restaurant and pub diners, which enables you to gain experience working within a diverse venue that continues to be dedicated to delivering outstanding food and service.
What we are looking for
Bringing your experience and expertise from previous similar roles you will be joining an enthusiastic team, where you have the opportunity to contribute from a broader leadership perspective.
You will closely with the Head Chef and assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the pizza kitchen.
