Leading the sales team on the showroom floor, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career. Automotive retail sales experience in new or used cars is essential; however, previous sales management experience is not required.

THE ROLE
* Lead the Sales Team in sales performance and customer experience
* Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
* Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate methods
* Achieve and sustain bottom line results
* Develop, manage, and motivate retail sales teams and support staff
