Job Description
Melville Toyota, Rockingham Toyota, and Cockburn Toyota part of Servco Australia are seeking to recruit several qualified and experienced Technical Sales Representatives to join their team in Myaree, Rockingham, Bibra Lake WA. The purpose of the Technical Sales Representatives is to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the guest, for Lexus vehicle parts and aftermarket products as part of the enhancement, repair and serviceability of vehicles, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and repair inquiries from guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
Assist in estimating costs and timeframes for repairs, and facilitate vehicle maintenance and accessory fitment.
Track sales progress, update customers, and handle technical sales bookings.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to department growth.
Work closely with the Service Manager and Workshop Controller to ensure timely and efficient service.
Prepare sales and repair orders, provide detailed job instructions, and ensure communication between guests and service teams.
Handle customer follow-ups, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and business expenses.
Qualifications
Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
***** months of experience in Technical Sales or Customer Relations.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of vehicle components and technical knowledge.
Experience with computer systems such as CFS, VSD, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, technical diagnostics, and sales procedures.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Performance Goals
Demonstrated ability in preparing sales and repair orders.
Strong technical automotive knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Lexus Dealer Standards.
Ability to work with internal systems and contribute to team success.
Additional Requirements
Pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening.
