We're looking for a Finance Administration Officer (Entry Level) to take ownership of accounts payable, credit card and employee reimbursement processes, as well as customer withdrawals. Beyond day‐to‐day processing, you'll support the Finance team with the delivery of high‐quality reporting and analysis.

Requirements
* Accounts Payable experience (preferred but not a requirement).
* Ability to multi‐task across multiple duties.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to perform in an autonomous role, as well as motivation and interest to grow alongside the company.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic and high‐pressure environment.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Coding of supplier invoices.
* Processing of supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
* Preparing weekly payment runs, ensuring that payments are scheduled for release prior to due dates.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier invoice queries or payment matters.
* Managing vendor profiles with parent company.
* Assisting with the management of customer fund balances between bank accounts.
* Processing monthly credit card expenses and employee reimbursements in an accurate and timely manner.
* Assisting credit card holders with coding monthly reports.
* Assistance with timely provision of weekly, monthly and annual reporting.
* Assistance with month‐end accounts receivable.
* Assistance with monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Assistance with annual audits.
* Preparation and lodgement of accurate and timely ABS surveys (i.e. quarterly, annually).
* Assistance with process improvement and internal controls.
* Support Customer Service with daily customer withdrawals.
