TRAINEE PARTS INTERPRETER – Nicholls Machinery

You will be responsible for:
* Liaising and building relationships with customers and providing accurate and friendly service in person, on the phone and by email
* Identify the make, model and variations of products from the list of preferred suppliers
* Identify, locate and source required parts with required urgency
* Provide pricing and availability, parts & technical assistance to customers, the sales and service team
* Maintain accurate stocktaking and inventory control
* Accurately unpack and pack and stock its correct area when received
* Customer calls and deliveries as required.
* Maintain a safe, neat and tidy parts warehouse and showroom.
To be considered for this role, you will:
* Be interested in Agricultural and Construction equipment and parts
* Be able to provide high level customer service to our valued clients
* Be a positive and friendly team member
* Have high attention to detail and the ability to follow things through to completion
* Be an excellent communicator
* Have excellent time management skills
* Ideally have a driver's license
* Have, or be willing to obtain a forklift license
* Be comfortable using computer systems
