We are seeking an experienced Windscreen Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Bibra Lake, WA branch. As the Windscreen Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled technicians to deliver top-quality windscreen repair and replacement services to our valued customers. This is a full-time role based in Bibra Lake.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability for the branch
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Recruiting, training, and managing a team of skilled technicians to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship
Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes safety, productivity, and continuous improvement
Analysing branch performance data and implementing data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to support the branch's success
Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar branch or store management role within the automotive industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team of technicians or tradespeople
An understanding of windscreen repair and replacement processes, as well as relevant industry regulations and best practices
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external suppliers & customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
