Mergent Group are seeking an experienced Site Manager to run projects across the Adelaide metropolitan area. This is an exciting opportunity with a tier one mechanical contractor working across large scale complex projects in defence, commercial and healthcare. This is a full-time position offering excellent perks and the opportunity to work with a growing business that has a strong pipeline of upcoming construction projects. You'll be joining a company committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting its team every step of the way.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of plumbing teams on medium to large commercial sites
Coordinate and set out plumbing works on-site
Maintain strong client relationships and manage queries
Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures
Conduct material take-offs, order supplies, and read/interpret plans
Experience
Proven experience supervising commercial plumbing teams
Registered plumber with solid communication skills
Sound understanding of AS3500 standards
