* Leading the purchasing team and managing relationships with suppliers.
* Sourcing and buying across key procurement categories on a global scale.
* Managing supplier contracts and ensuring value delivery and performance.
* Collaborating with demand planning teams and supply chain partners to drive business outcomes.
* Implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG, coffee, food, or beverage sectors, with a strong background in global purchasing and team management.
About You
Idea candidates will demonstrate:
* Experience in managing large supplier networks across multiple regions.
* Success in managing teams in procurement/purchasing and working with manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain teams.
* A general understanding of Food Standards legislation and QA certification principles.
* Well-developed analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related fields.
