About the role
Vinova is working with a leading EPC contractor within the renewable energy sector. This position reports directly into the executive leadership team and works closely with site managers, project managers, engineering leads and commercial stakeholders. You will take ownership of construction delivery nationally across utility-scale Solar, BESS and Wind projects. The end goal is to create a high-performing construction division capable of delivering multiple major projects concurrently while maintaining leading standards in quality, safety and commercial outcomes.
Duties
Lead construction delivery across multiple states and project types
Build strong site teams and embed a culture of quality, accountability and improvement
Drive commercial outcomes through cost control, contract oversight and risk management
Represent the business at client and stakeholder meetings nationally
Skills/experience
Background delivering large-scale renewable or infrastructure projects
Trade qualified or similar pathway through site and leadership roles
Strong commercial capability across budgets, contracts and financial outcomes
Leadership experience influencing site teams, contractors and clients
Comfortable travelling across the east coast as part of the role
