Skills And Experience

Flex lawyers typically have proven in‐house experience, supported by top‐tier private practice training, and can operate autonomously in lean environments. Whilst we place lawyers across most practice areas, currently we are particularly interested in speaking with lawyers with experience in the following areas and sectors:

• Energy Regulation
• General corporate commerce
• Cyber security and technology
• Corporate Governance

What You Bring

• 5+ years PQE, with experience at a top-tier firm and/or in-house or secondment roles
• A genuine client‐first mindset and a proven ability to build lasting, trusted relationships
• Strong collaboration skills forged in fast‐paced, high‐performing environments
• An instinct for continuous learning and a commitment to staying at the forefront of your field
