Job Summary
A Logistics Coordinator is required to ensure compliance with company management systems across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Site Managers to maintain training matrices and document control systems.
* Maintain site compliance with management system manuals and regulations.
* Identify and control local documents, promote the Paradigm 3 system for improvement opportunities and customer complaints.
* Ensure timely completion of action requests and internal audits.
* Prepare sites for external audits and assist auditors as needed.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Internal QMS Auditor Training
* Cert IV in OH&S or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
* Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc.)
