Job no: 943547 MYER is looking for a Loyalty Partnership Manager who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance Myer’s market presence. You will lead strategic relationships between MYER one and its partners, negotiate agreements, and align initiatives with business goals. You'll drive growth for MYER one partnerships, boost member engagement, and enhance program value, while managing revenue and contributing to Myer’s broader loyalty strategy and P&L outcomes. Flexible hybrid working – work from our Docklands-based office and the comfort of your own home About the role: Manage and grow partnerships to enhance the MYER one loyalty program and member engagement Lead negotiations with partners, securing aligned and market-leading deals that align with Myer’s strategic goals Drive Performance through monitor of partnership performance and implement strategies to optimise customer engagement and revenue Lead collaboration by acting as the primary liaison with partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of MYER one initiatives Use market trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and innovative ways to enhance the loyalty program Design and deliver customer-centric initiatives, enhancing overall customer experience Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new partners to ensure long-term collaboration and success Collaborate cross-functionally with loyalty product, lifecycle, and experience teams to promote partner offers and benefits Manage partnership-related budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with financial targets Report and analyse partnership performance metrics, using insights to recommend improvements Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to proactively adjust partnership strategies Ad hoc support as needed About you: 3 years’ experience in loyalty program partnership management Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering value through loyalty initiatives Proven success in managing and growing partnerships in fast-paced environments Demonstrated experience in delivering business insights and presenting strategic initiatives to stakeholders, including senior leadership teams Strong critical-thinking skills with a focus on customer journey design and data-led decision-making Financially savvy, with experience developing and presenting business cases to support initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Self-starter with a passion for innovation and adaptability in dynamic environments Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, implement, and analyse multiple initiatives concurrently High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and exposure to LMS systems and loyalty dashboard and reporting Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave – arrange work around your life, not life around work A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success Career growth and succession opportunities across the business From humble beginnings in downtown Bendigo to supporting Australian communities far and wide- Myer has always been a special place, transcending beyond just a place to work.
