The Australian Institute of Marine Science invites you to join a team of world-leading oceanographic scientists in providing time series data streams from the IMOS moorings array. As an experimental scientist, you will support the scientific research through calibration, data processing, and analysis, working with a wide variety of marine instrumentation.

Key responsibilities include:
* Applying your scientific and technical expertise in laboratory and field environments.

* Working with a wide variety of marine instrumentation.
* Experience required includes applied understanding of oceanography, MATLAB and/or Python programming, data analysis, and database applications.

* Organisational skills for managing field-work logistics, planning, and scheduling.
