About the Role
This challenging yet rewarding role requires expertise in customer service and retail sales. You will be the first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing retail sales and processing orders efficiently
* Driving sales growth in the Animal Health product area through effective product promotion and customer engagement
* Receiving, storing, and managing incoming goods, including inventory monitoring and stocktakes
* Picking and packing outgoing goods to customers and store transfers
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience working in a retail sales and/or warehouse environment. A Cert III in Retail or Forklift license would be highly advantageous, although not essential. Key skills and qualifications include:
* Point of Sale transactions
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Inventory/stock control
* Forklift operation
* Time management and problem-solving skills
