The Role
As a skilled home care professional, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality domestic and cleaning services to our clients, enhancing their comfort, dignity, and independence.
* Cleaning and Housekeeping: Performing essential tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and ensuring all living areas are tidy and sanitized.
* Laundry & Meal Preparation: Washing, ironing, folding clothes, and assisting with meal prep to help clients maintain a clean and organized lifestyle.
* Grocery Shopping & Other Household Tasks: Assisting with shopping and other day-to-day chores to ensure clients can manage their home life with ease.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional cleaning services, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and organizing clients' homes to meet their unique needs.
* Assist with laundry, meal preparation, and other essential household tasks to promote clients' independence and well-being.
* Establish a respectful and supportive environment, fostering open communication and empathy to build strong relationships with clients.
* Communicate any changes in client conditions to the team leader to ensure seamless delivery of care.
* Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to guarantee the highest standard of service delivery.
