Introduction

Bindaree Food Group (BFG) is a vertically integrated supply chain business delivering global meat solutions both domestically and internationally and has solidified its position as a prominent leader in the Australian meat industry.

Description What you'll be doing
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and incoming calls
* Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception and office environment
* Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and setup
* Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory control and invoice reconciliation
* Support facility activities such as site tours, visitor coordination and general enquiries
* Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
* Assist recruitment tasks including shortlisting, phone screening and interview scheduling
* Handle filing, document management, data entry and report preparation
* Support leaders with ad hoc administrative tasks and project work
About you
* Experience in administration or reception roles within fast‐paced, multi‐stakeholder environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service
* Well‐developed organisational and time‐management skills to manage competing admin tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for everyday admin, scheduling and documentation
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
