The Department
Support Services are responsible for delivering efficient and effective non-clinical services across the health organization. This includes providing a customer-focused service to patients and stakeholders, adhering to all requirements and performing scheduled and ad-hoc tasks within specific wards as required.
The Role
The Ward Support Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of quality support services. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service, work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate adaptability and willingness to participate in training and education.

Qualifications and Experience Required
Essential:
* Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
* Excellent communication skills
