Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of a Home Care Worker. This position involves providing home help services to our aged care clients, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing home help services to clients in their own homes
* Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
* Providing complex care for clients with high care needs
* Providing social and emotional support
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
