About the Role
This autonomous position involves working on Customer Service field tasks across all nbn technologies. As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a crucial part in transforming Australia's digital landscape, making a real impact on every-day Australians in this customer-facing role.
The typical day may include:
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services
* Working in multiple environments, both internal and external, but predominantly inside the customer's premises
You will work between 7am to 7pm based on business needs, with a flexible working environment encouraged.
