We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage BAU transactional accounting & administration. Short walk from Central Station & two days work from home after training. Flexibility in start/finish times, excellent renumeration package on offer. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, agile business in a flexible and stable role. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and payment runs Reconcile bank accounts and company credit card transactions daily Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities using Xero Support payroll processing, including data entry and compliance-related filings Manage and update supplier and customer account information Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding account and billing queries Mange the shared mailbox Provide administrative and accounting support as required Ideal background: 5-10 years of experience in accounts administration or commercial bookkeeping Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes Intermediate Excel skills and experience with Xero preferred High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to meet deadlines independently Apply via the link below or send your resume directly to Joshua Boyd at jboyd@fourquarters.com.au .
