We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution.

You'll make a global impact by launching products and features, working closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.In this role, you will:Interact with customers to build empathy and address their needs.Conduct market research to inform product strategies.Prioritize initiatives and projects, balancing necessary trade-offs.Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligned with strategic priorities.Define features, write specs, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, and support QA testing.Monitor progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams.Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery of products and features.You might thrive in this role if you have:Experience launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.A data-driven approach that prioritizes the user's perspective with empathy.Robust enthusiasm for creating enjoyable customer-facing products.Proven leadership skills with initiative and results-driven outcomes.Excellent collaboration skills with design, engineering, QA, and other teams.A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge of retail trading or gamification.Location: Remote
