One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to support the uplift, delivery, and sustainment of critical ICT services across complex enterprise environments. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of commercial and private cloud capabilities, ensuring services meet agreed performance, security, and quality standards. This exciting opportunity offers an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options, working onsite within a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Manage the execution of process and system improvements to meet evolving business needs
* Develop and implement continual improvement plans and service delivery enhancements
* Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, security requirements, and documentation standards are met
* Monitor service performance, provide reporting insights, & identify improvement opportunities
The successful Service Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in service delivery management, including change and incident management
* Strong business process improvement capability, including designing and analysing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Experience monitoring service delivery channels and applying service standards to resolve or escalate issues
* Demonstrated ability to provide operational direction, mentor colleagues, and monitor team performance
