Be valued for your organisational skills and attention to detail Work in a busy, patient-focused clinical setting Contribute to a friendly, professional, and supportive workplace culture Engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams daily Develop your career within a leading NSW healthcare network What You'll Be Doing As an Administration Officer Level 2, you will manage ward administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism to support patient care. Record accurate patient data into iPM and other systems, generating reports for review Maintain inpatient files, manage medical records delivery, and organise unit documentation Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including mail, messages, and supplies Arrange transport, interpreters, and pastoral care services as required Assist in the orientation and training of new administrative staff How To Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Windows including Outlook, Word and Excel Demonstrated experience in working in a fast paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients/customers and their families/carers Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality Requisition ID: REQ625180 Applications Close: 4th February 2026 Need more information?
