About the Role
As an Associate Director, PCM NSW in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to manage, grow and develop a client portfolio consisting of primary and secondary banking customer relationships within the Diversified Industries segments. The objective of your role is to drive positive advocacy and generate buying decisions from clients within this portfolio by working with key senior stakeholders to leverage the business strategy, delivering on execution inclusive of trade opportunities.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute your skillsets to the wider Transaction Banking business as well as benefit from exposure by working in close co-ordination with colleagues in other geographies of the World.

What will your day look like?
**As an Associate Director, PCM NSW, you will**:
Managing a portfolio of clients who utilise the bank's Transaction banking product set
Deliver an exceptional customer experience via accountability for origination, ongoing account management as well as working closely with Operations to ensure a well-coordinated end to end service proposition
Financial management of portfolio (drive revenue and profitability)
Execute and build pipeline;
Planning and measuring customer revenue, growth, volume and targets;
Developing customer pricing to ensure sound, profitable growth;
Active customer calling program;
Preparing and delivering Transaction Banking strategic reviews to drive insights and opportunities as well as developing customer account plans
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven banking experience in Transaction Banking Sales and / or relationship management with knowledge of the payments Industry and regulations;
Previous experience in Merchant acquiring with demonstrated industry knowledge; Good understanding of Working Capital Management (at both financial and operational levels);
Strong research and analytical skills to achieve deep customer understanding to develop customer specific service propositions
Solid strategic thinker and business acumen to enable discussions with senior customer representatives regarding ANZ initiated deals; Demonstrated ability to multi-task;
Ability to identify future needs of clients through key questioning techniques
