Procurement Co is a specialist procurement consultancy, recently named one of Australia's Best Places to Work 2025. We're Australian-owned with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, and a team of around 50 permanent staff working with clients across government and industry.
We deliver practical procurement, contract management, probity, and training services. We're not aligned to any one system, industry, or category. Our focus is on helping clients get better results from their procurement through transparent, fit-for-purpose advice and delivery.
We are seeking expressions of interest from people at different stages of their procurement career who are interested in joining our team in Brisbane or Melbourne. By exception, applications may also be considered from candidates in other capital cities.
Procurement Analyst (Graduate / Entry Level)
Ideal for graduates or those with 1–3 years' experience in government or corporate roles looking to transition into procurement.
You will:
* be provided with a structured career development pathway
* Support strategic procurement processes and consulting projects
* Assist with research, analysis, and documentation
* Gain exposure across a wide range of industries and categories
Procurement Consultant (2-5 years' experience)
Best suited to people currently in a procurement role within government or the private sector who are looking for diversity across industries and categories.
You will:
* Lead procurement processes and support major procurement activities
* Contribute to procurement consulting projects
* Work directly with stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes
Senior Procurement Consultant (5+ years' experience)
Designed for those with 5+ years' experience in government or private sector procurement teams, or project procurement roles, who are seeking variety and challenge.
You will:
* Lead strategic procurement activities across multiple clients and industries
* Support and deliver procurement consulting projects
* Provide guidance and mentoring to Analysts and Consultants within the team

What You Can Expect
Working with Procurement Co means variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact. A typical week may involve:
* Running a market approach from planning through to contract award
* Meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements or provide updates
* Reviewing tender submissions and facilitating evaluation panels
* Drafting probity plans, evaluation reports, or category strategies
* Supporting business cases and contract management plans
* Collaborating with colleagues and sharing ideas across the team
* Balancing time between client sites, home, and the office
