**About the Role**:
Reporting into the Head of Global Sales, you will effectively lead, manage, and grow the National Foodservice & Ingredients Business Unit. Through a small direct sales team, you will be responsible for driving market presence within Foodservice, Distributor/Wholesale, Corporate and Industrial industries.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, building, and developing national capabilities and sales strategies which are in line with the global business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage sales budget and other commercial metrics through customer portfolio as well as driving results/outcomes through a number of the large corporate institutions.
- To liaise with end-users, clients, contractors, and customers.
- Build strong customer and supplier relationships whilst providing advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake regular visits to major client/customers to verify the attainment of customer satisfaction.
**To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate**:
- A high degree of commercial acumen. (i.e. excellent communication skills, businesses development, contract negotiation, and marketing skills)
- Experience in a similar role, with demonstrated results identifying sales growth opportunities against objectives and implementing a plan to improve.
- Have an indepth understanding of the Foodservice Ingredients channel.
