We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Statutory Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Town and Regional Planning or equivalent recognized qualification, with varying degrees of experience in town planning.
The successful applicant will provide expert advice and assess development applications in accordance with the Mildura Planning Scheme, the Subdivision Act, and the Planning and Environment Act.
As a member of our Statutory Planning Branch, you'll lead complex assessments, drive high-quality planning outcomes, mentor staff, and engage closely with stakeholders across the organization and community.
Alternatively, you might be suited to a Senior Planner role, providing guidance and support to your colleagues.
With us, you'll also work alongside our Strategic Planning Branch, contributing to broader planning projects tailored to your experience level.

Salary and Conditions
The positions are classified across Bands 5 to 7 of our Current Enterprise Agreement, ranging from $77,725 to $117,480 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
