Role and Responsibilities
Make an impact at SercoAs a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a key role in supporting healthcare delivery for Australian Defence Force personnel. You'll work Monday to Friday as 0730 to 1600. You will be responsible for providing clerical services including maintenance of electronic and hard copy health records, maintaining databases and information management systems, filing and photocopying and ordering stationery. You will also communicate with internal and external customers to obtain patient information as required. The work you undertake will be in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures, Medical-in-Confidence and Staff-in-Confidence standards.
About ADF Health Services
In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.
This includes providing defence-ready clinical and support staff across 45+ on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.
Enoggera Health Centre, located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, serves as the primary base for this position and supports other nearby facilities, including Gallipoli, Victoria, Bulimba, and Damascus Barracks.

To Be Successful In This Role
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
* Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an administrative role (or part-time equivalent).
* Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service focused environment (desirable).
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients.
* You must be an Australian Citizen to obtain the required Baseline Security Clearance for this role.
