Accommodation Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Accommodation Support Specialist.

This involves working closely with the Disability and Inclusion division to develop and implement person-centred support plans that promote independence, capacity, and community connections.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multifunctional team.
You will also need to possess a Certificate III in Disabilities or equivalent, as well as experience in delivering person-centred services to clients.
A strong understanding of maintaining records of service delivery is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality support and care to participants with disabilities

Required Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Disabilities or equivalent
