Randstad Senior Finance is proud to be partnering with a multinational healthcare and beauty organisation based in based in Melbourne inner suburbs. Due to continued growth and recent acquisitions, this business is embarking on an exciting transformation of its Group Planning & Reporting capabilities — and they are looking for a Financial Analyst to play a key role in this journey.
About The Role
This newly created contract position will sit within the high-performing Group FP&A team and support the implementation of a group-wide Planning and Reporting platform (Jedox). You'll be pivotal in reconciling financial data across multiple entities, building reports for key stakeholders, and improving processes that support budgeting, forecasting and Board performance reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in financial reporting and commercial analysis who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the reconciliation of financial and non-financial data across multiple entities.
* Design and build insightful reports and dashboards for executive-level stakeholders.
* Support the implementation and user adoption of the Jedox planning and reporting system.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly Board performance reporting.
* Collaborate closely with the GM of FP&A, Head of Financial Systems & Transformation, Group Finance Control and divisional finance teams.
* Champion process automation, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Prior experience in FP&A, financial systems, or commercial analysis roles.
* Strong systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills (INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, PivotTables, etc.).
* Proven experience in data modelling, reporting system implementation, or financial systems transformation (Jedox experience highly regarded).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business, and CPA or CA qualification.
